第1篇 質量管理部工作崗位職責
一、主管崗位職責
1.負責化驗室的管理和各生產車間部門的銜接,對化驗室工作合理分工,明確責任,嚴格把關,按時完成檢驗工作。
2.負責各種檢驗、實驗、鑒定、調整、維修記錄的控制并對其正確性負責。
3.負責檢驗實驗計量器具的鑒定、調整管理對他們的準確度負責。
4.負責產品可追溯性標示的驗證記錄,檢驗和實驗狀態的標示工作。
5.負責組織不合格品評審,不合格品的控制,有權制止不合格品的流轉。
6.負責化驗室儀器、設備的管理與維護、保養工作。

8.負責組織化驗人員定期搞好化驗室清潔衛生,保持地面、墻壁、玻璃、門窗、工作臺案及儀器、設備的衛生清潔。
二、化驗員崗位職責:
1.負責原輔、半成品、成品指標的檢測、檢驗,做到準確無誤,負責認真填寫《檢驗原始記錄》及《檢驗報告單》。
2.負責本崗儀器、設備的使用及維護保養,嚴格執行儀器、設備的操作規程,保證儀器。設備正常運轉。
3.負責本崗藥品的使用管理。嚴格執行藥品、化學試劑、危險品管理制度,按照程序標準使用,確保化驗工作的安全。
4.負責化驗室的清潔衛生,按照要求搞好本鋼的日常衛生,(包括地面、墻壁、門窗、桌案及儀器、設備)。

項目經理質量管理崗位責職
1)項目經理是工程質量的第一責任人,對工程質量管理全面負責,保證項目質量達到創優目標。
2)在總承包質量管理體系的基礎上,進一步完善機電設備安裝工程項目的質量管理機構,建立健全項目內部的各種責任制,明確人員職責,充分發揮參與項目建設人員的積極性。

-iso9000, iso/iatf 16949 質量體系相關。
-項目管理相關經驗。
-有噴粉或絲印知識者優先。
-需要基本的書面英語。

第5篇 質量管理儲備干部崗位職責
1、對原藥材、中間產品、成品、輔料有一定程度的的檢驗和分析能力;
2、能夠制定原藥材、中間品、成品、輔料、包裝品的質量標準、檢驗記錄;

第6篇 鋼筋質量管理崗位職責
熟悉圖紙、圖集、變更，并仔細給班組（管理人員、下料人員等）交底；按圖施工，加強施工質量過程控制（如：鋼筋下料、制作的控制）。
1、插筋線的復查（防止鋼筋的偏位）→→→核對插筋（每條柱子主筋長短、數目、大小、等級等）→→→核對箍筋（每條柱子定位箍筋數目、大小、等級、位置、尺寸等；主筋防偏位的加固措施是否漏掉）。
2、澆筑混凝土后：檢查墻柱鋼筋偏位（控制線、墻柱邊線的核查，查明鋼筋偏位的原因并及時處理）→→→半成品控制（鋼筋制作的檢查：尺寸、數目、大小、等級、位置、掛牌等)→→→主筋連接（檢查各連接的工藝要求、數目、大小、等級、尺寸等）→→→箍筋安裝（檢查箍筋數目間距、大小、等級、尺寸等，劃線綁扎工藝、拉鉤）→→→墻柱鋼筋自檢（保護層，拉鉤，主筋、柱頭上的焊渣垃圾清理等）→→→墻柱鋼筋報驗（工作面移交）
3、梁板鋼筋控制：工作面的接收（模板標高、質量復查，垃圾的清理等）→→→柱頭(柱主筋)控制線（將軸線投影于模板面上，控制定位柱頭主筋）→→→半成品控制（鋼筋制作的檢查：半成品尺寸、數目、大小、等級、位置、掛牌等)→→→梁鋼筋控制（主筋箍筋的尺寸、數目、大小、等級、位置，連接工藝，抗震箍數量，綁扎工藝漏綁、保護層、拉鉤、不同砼標號墻柱與梁板的攔設等）→→→板鋼筋控制（面筋、底筋、附加筋、分布筋的位置、數目、間距、大小、等級、尺寸等，劃線綁扎工藝，保護層、拉鉤、施工縫的攔設等）→→→梁板鋼筋的自檢（保護層，柱定位箍，定位柱頭主筋，垃圾清理等）→→→梁板鋼筋報驗（工作面移交）
