? ensure smooth / proper co-ordination of new project’s commodity inspection and commissioning to the customers/yards under internal works orders and established working arrangement.
? lead the team number to rising customer satisfaction
? developing and managing key accounts.
key accountabilities主要職責(zé):
? formulation of the internal project order’s process with project core team與核心團隊共同創(chuàng)建內(nèi)部項目流程
? ensuring the know-how transfer from the pre-project phase to the project team確保從項目前期階段到項目團隊技術(shù)知識的轉(zhuǎn)移
? responsible for fulfilling the defined project aims in terms of schedule， quality and budget負(fù)責(zé)在進度、質(zhì)量和預(yù)算方面完成既定的項目目標(biāo)
? project controlling (date， costs， service (processing/implementation of work packages)， time sheets， etc.) 項目控制(日期、成本、服務(wù)(工作包的處理/執(zhí)行)、時間表等等)
? coordinate the project team， all experts of sales， application as well as purchasing， quality and logistics， etc.協(xié)調(diào)項目團隊、銷售、應(yīng)用、采購、質(zhì)量、物流等各方面的專家。
? internal communication to all responsible persons of the projects (leader of different working packages) as well as stakeholders who as supporting the projects與項目的所有負(fù)責(zé)人(不同工作包的負(fù)責(zé)人)以及支持項目的利益相關(guān)者進行內(nèi)部溝通
? documentation of the project progress， update of the project management documentation 項目進程的文檔更新，項目管理文件的可追溯性更新(項目章程、項目計劃等)
? recognizing the need for staff development (information to the line manager) 識別員工發(fā)展的需求(提供信息給直屬領(lǐng)導(dǎo))
? regular information of the project team定期更新項目團隊的信息
? if necessary， inducing the proposal preparation for additional services as per customer's request， as well as inducing the statement after fulfillment/execution of the order如果有必要，根據(jù)客戶的要求主導(dǎo)附加服務(wù)的提案準(zhǔn)備及主導(dǎo)訂單完成/執(zhí)行后的結(jié)算
? as applicable report to customer (internal or external) the status of the project and information and tracking of changes and modifications， deviations， etc. 如適用，向客戶(內(nèi)部或外部)報告項目狀態(tài)以及變更、修改、偏差等信息和跟蹤。
? act as interface between customer and mtu internal organization作為客戶和mtu內(nèi)部組織之間的接口
any other assignment from time to time 其他工作安排
key experiences and any qualifications 職位主要經(jīng)驗和技能要求:
? degree / diploma holder in engineering or equivalent qualifications.
? at least 4 years relevant working experience on project management.
? good command of both spoken & written english， good computer skills.
? good knowledge of engines in terms of installation， operation， maintenance and repair.
? good communication and leadership skills

第2篇 機項目管理崗位職責(zé)
崗位職責(zé):
1.負(fù)責(zé)公司商業(yè)信息的收集、整理,核心客戶信息的收集,盤點及分析;
2.負(fù)責(zé)公司銷售項目管理,包括前期的商業(yè)項目信息管理,項目執(zhí)行監(jiān)督;
崗位要求:
1.三年以上銷售、市場及商業(yè)信息管理工作經(jīng)驗,有設(shè)備、工程等行業(yè)經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先;
2.有敏銳的市場嗅覺,對商業(yè)信息敏感,較強的數(shù)據(jù)收集分析能力;
第3篇 計算機項目管理崗位職責(zé)
職責(zé)描述:
1、 負(fù)責(zé)編制it部項目實施計劃,協(xié)調(diào)資源并按計劃推進項目實施工作,負(fù)責(zé)項目進度的跟蹤管理,確保項目目標(biāo)的實現(xiàn);
2、 負(fù)責(zé)項目管理流程整體規(guī)劃及計劃的制定、跟蹤和監(jiān)控,確保項目流程的有效執(zhí)行;
3、 負(fù)責(zé)組織項目各項評審會議、項目例會及總結(jié)評估;
4、 負(fù)責(zé)項目文檔體系的維護及知識共享工作。
5、 負(fù)責(zé)與項目相關(guān)事項的跨部門及外部協(xié)調(diào)與處理,及時發(fā)現(xiàn)并跟蹤解決項目問題,分析項目變更的風(fēng)險及進行風(fēng)險控制;
任職要求:
1、本科以上學(xué)歷,計算機、it項目管理相關(guān)專業(yè);
2、 精通項目過程管理,對大型it項目管理有實際應(yīng)用經(jīng)驗及深刻理解;
3、 有優(yōu)秀的項目規(guī)劃、溝通和協(xié)調(diào)能力,良好的產(chǎn)品文字整理和表達能力,能與其它相關(guān)專業(yè)和部門人員進行良好團隊協(xié)作;
4、 具有良好的邏輯思維能力、執(zhí)行力和責(zé)任心;
5、 5年以上軟件項目管理經(jīng)驗;
6、 具有pmp項目管理資格認(rèn)證者優(yōu)先。
