第2篇 區域銷售經理，銷售支持工程師崗位職責職位要求
職責描述：
major responsibilities & tasks (主要工作職責和任務) :
1. market information collection and target segment analysis市場信息收集和目標市場分析
2. business opportunity scan and potential customers identify業務機會搜尋及潛在客戶識別
3. develop new customers for business growth.開發新客戶以確保銷售業績增長
4. follow-up on all aspects of quote development， sample submittal， customer testing/evaluation， approvals， trial production order， production order， etc. 客戶報價，樣品遞交，客戶測試和評估結果，客戶批準流程，試生產訂單和批量生產訂單等相關事項的跟進
5. customer forecast update monthly 客戶預測的更新(每個月跟新)
6. customer payments collection & overdue payment follow客戶付款的跟進及超期帳款的催收.
7. establish and maintain positive customer relationship.建立和維護良好的客戶關系
8. implement company marketing strategy.執行公司市場和營銷戰略

education requirement:教育背景要求
bachelor or college degree 大學專科或本科學歷
experience and technical knowledge requirements:工作經驗和能力
1. minimum of 3 years experience 3年以上工作經驗
2. good communication skill 良好的溝通技巧
3. good understanding of sales/marketing techniques & skills.掌握一定的市場營銷的技巧和方法
4. good interpersonal skill 良好的人際關系技能

7. textile decal or printing industry experience preferred 有花紙行業或印刷行業經驗優先
